Rainwater and pure grain alcohol

I’ve been exhausted and achy the past few days – more so than usual. As in barely able to stay awake and all my bones hurt. I also had my first acupuncture treatment on Friday. My new theory is that the needles released my vital essence. I must consume rainwater and pure grain alcohol to recover. 

Alternatively I’ll be drinking tea and snuggling with the doggies.
